In a bid to combat our current tedious back and forth process of managing custom orders- with all the countless back and forth enquiry messages, creating and sending multiple invoices or payment links and just the overall mind fudge of doing it amongst all the other a small business stresses - we've adopted an easier and quicker method for securing and placing Custom orders with us.
It's not that we don't enjoy talking to you all and we will always be on hand through out the process of your made to measure garment; to answer any questions along the way. But for us, experiencing burn out is really real- particularly during peak season. So, it was time to upgrade the process!
By adding a tier system and payment options to receive payments for custom orders through the Dolls of Decadence online store, it makes the service all the more smooth and efficient. Yeahay for all!
Shopping Custom Creations from our online store means you also get to benefit from some of our seasonal on line promotional discounts as well as splitting the costs of your payments (yes- including your deposit) through our buy now pay later options
You can choose to pay for a deposit or the full amount of your custom order via the variety of payment options on the website; including buy now pay later/ split the costs in 3 with Klarna or Paypal (subject to status)
The new Custom Creation online service is offered by a tiered system allowing us to cater to all budgets and bring the bespoke experience to all our customers.
For those who do not know, we are a 2 prong fashion brand offering both made to measure and ready to wear women's clothing. Custom Creations is that made-to-measure service offering from us.
To begin the process of a Custom Creation with Dolls of Decadence, you must first make an enquiry with our design team prior to purchasing a Custom Creation tier; ensuring you are purchasing the correct tier for your requirements.
Our design team will get back to you within 72 hours with a detailed quote for your order and a link to the correct tier for your bespoke order. All prices include materials for your order. Some additional costs may be permitted for extra trims and/or decorations, depending on the nature of your required order. You will be informed of this with your quote with any additional costs due on completion/collection of your order.
Once you have purchased your Custom Creation tier package, please click to book your fitting consultation. Please note, that bookings without a secured order and payment are no longer permitted. To help us complete your booking consultation, ensure the name on your order matches your appointment booking.
