• Custom Creations consultation service

Consultations take place face-to- face at the Dolls of Decadence studio. Each consultation lasts 1hr and is conducted with Dolls of Decadence designer Paulinah Eboh-Sampson. There you can discuss an custom, alterations or design services, have your measurements professionally taken and see/feel a variety of fabric swatches before making a final decision

The £25 fee is deducted from your order value, once you proceed with an order

• Custom Creations design service

If you are a little unsure on the specifics of the made-to-measure piece that you would like created, then you can have our design team create a design exclusively for you!

Please ensure you allow sufficient time prior to your event date to use this service. We recommend a minimum of 10-16 weeks prior to event date. For wedding gowns and bridal parties a 9-12 month window is best to ensure we are able to accommodate your request.

The design service is a separate charge from any custom work you wish to undertake with us. However, a £25 credit will be added to your order, when you proceed with a Custom Creation from us within a 60 days period following the completion of your design brief.

Depending on the nature of your order enquiry. You will receive a minimum of 2-4 completed pencil outline (black/white) drawings based on the information you have provided, as well as details of potential fabrics and trims that could be used to bring the design to life.

In order for our design team with the best possible designs for your requirements to, please provide the following:

1) desired style ie: evening gown, pageant wear, wedding guest, prom gown etc

2) What is your theme

3) What is your personal style in relation to your personality

4) Any key images of inspirations etc

5) Event type

You may also wish to provide information on your available budget or anything else you feel would be relevant to the type of design you would like.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The design and/or consultation service is exempt from our standard refund policy. You may request a refund after a 14 day period, should your design package not be fulfilled within this time frame.

Should you opt for both a design service & in person consultation and our design service you will be credited with a total of £50 towards your custom order value
