How long will my order take?

We would never want to rush such a unique item, which is why we take approximately 5 working days to hand-sew your bespoke made to order piece. As soon as your order is complete, your item/s will be shipped. If however, we have a long queue of orders your order may take a little longer – but we’ll always let you know in advance if this is the case. Don’t worry – either way, it will be well worth the wait! We aim to dispatch all pre made items by the same working day. 

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay
Can I cancel or adjust my order once it’s placed?
Due to the nature of our bespoke creation offerings, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill cancellation or refund requests once your order is placed. Unlike commercial stores, the custom-made items we create are unique. We do however accept returns on our ready made collection.
My order has arrived and it doesn't fit quite right, what can I do?
If a garment arrives and is a little too big, or too long please use the returns form in your parcel to send this back to the below address with information of the alterations needed. If a garment arrives, and due to incorrect measurements, it is too small then we can still alter this for a small remake fee.

What is the best way to care for my garment?
With such a unique creation, it’s always wise to stick to a cool hand wash – or even better – dry cleaning. Rule number one: Never tumble dry. Always iron with a warm iron and the adjust accordingly, if need be.

How does your UK Standard Delivery service work?

• Delivery is within 3 working days* from the moment your order is shipped, after your order has been processed. 

• Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)

• If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

How does your UK next day delivery service work?

• A signature may be required on receipt.

• Express shipping to mainland UK, relates to week days only Mon-Thurs

• If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally technical updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Dolls of Decadence cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We offer worldwide shipping which will be calculated as checkout. Our worldwide shipping is also FREE on orders over £150 – so no matter what corner of the Earth you’re at, your brand new custom outfit is just waiting to be delivered!

We send Over Seas parcels via Royal Mail International signed for or DHL depending on destination. We use a fully trackable service and you will be provided with a tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. MOST items sent with DHL will be with you in less than 2-3 working days, in the event that you are based somewhere remote this can take up to 5 working days.
