Returns And Exchanges

We offer a made-to-measure service on the majority of the Dolls of Decadence designed products sold through this website. We also offer a bespoke servuice-‘Custom creations’ as well as a ‘Cheap & chic’ range (For full terms and condition on our ‘Custom creations’ please check here.)

Garments that are made to order to the specific requirements supplied by you are considered made-to-measure and therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these products. We will on offer a refund on made-to-measure products that are faulty, where the fault is deemed on the manufacturers behalf. All products are entirely handmade and as with all handmade products, variations in colour and shape do occur. This is not considered faulty, and will not be accepted as a reason for a refund. This is done on the discretion of Paulinah N. Eboh-Sampson.

We do however, offer a complimentary alterations service for Made To Order garments, purchased from this site. However, products that can not be altered due to the provision of incorrect measurements may incur a reproduction fee, dependent on the nature of the garment.

We, accept returns for full refund, minus shipping costs on ready-made items. (Clearance/sample sale items are eligible for an exchange only)

The first exchange will incur no postage charges, exchanges after this time will be charged at Dolls of Decadence standard shipping charge. All items for returns must be unwashed, unworn with all tags intact and returned in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges on garments with any damages, this includes but is not exclusive to cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, snagging from accessories or holes/tears due to negligence.

Customer have 7 days post delivery to contact us regarding a  return of an item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned to us within 14 days (7 day exchange on SALE items), from the date of refund request.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GARMENT

Please contact us at hello@dollsofdecadence.co.uk,or via the portal, where the garments was purchased for instructions on how and where to return unwanted items. All accepted returns will be refunded within 14 days.  Mark the email ‘Dolls of Decadence- returns’ and state the order number/product description along with the reason for return.

Packages from outside the UK must be marked clearly ‘Returns’. Packages which are unmarked will incur custom charges and tax duty. Dolls of Decadence has the right to refuse the product or charge all costs back to the customer.

Please note:

  • The item is the customers responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods/ and or a trackable courier service.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is also the customers responsibility, unless confirmed faulty on our behalf for which will cover the cost of the return to the value of £4.00GBP.

Store Credit- If you wish to return an item and keep a store credit with us, we issue the full amount without deducting postage costs. So you can choose an item at a later convenience to you, without incurring additional postage costs.
